- Final sale items, including clearance merchandise, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the return form.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the designated region may be subject to additional shipping fees and import duties, which are non-refundable.
